Recycling Wire and Single Loop Bale Ties

Single Loop Bale Ties

With manufacturing capabilities in multiple locations in the United States, Southwestern Wire Inc is your one stop source for all your single loop baling wire needs.  If you are needing heavier wire for baling polys or lighter wire for corrugated applications then we can be your source.  We manufacture baling wire in gauges from 11 to 15 with tie lengths from 8′ to 22′.  Packaging for tie quantities varies from 62 piece bundles to 250 piece bundles.

Our single loop bale ties are manufactured from both galvanized wire and black annealed wire using a medium carbon steel which is melted at our mill Mid-America Steel & Wire.  With Southwestern wire being part of a family of integrated steel mills we control the manufacturing processes from scrap to the finished bale tie.  This process gives you the confidence that the material is 100% American Made and that the quality control process is completed.

All single loop bale ties have the head bagged for protection of the tie loop end and the entire tie length bundle is shrink wrapped to ensure the wire is not damaged.  Product can be manufactured in straight bundles or in coiled form and shipped in gaylord boxes.  In addition, all gaylord boxes are shipped with a top sheet for additional protection from the elements of warehousing and transit.
